Zander Ditona

I am an epitome of a utility player and have played at varsity level starting as a freshman. I was the starting SS, back-up catcher, & relief pitcher as a freshman and primary catcher, back-up 2B, and relief pitcher as a sophomore. I have also played outfield occasionally. I received scholastic athlete awards for maintaining > 3.7 GPA.
I have played for several high caliber fall & summer teams, including Trosky National, GBG Marucci, & for the past 2 years with Zoots Baseball Club. I have been one of the team members that represented NorCal and Northwest sections 2 years in a row for USA Baseball NTIS as primary second baseman and back-up catcher. I contributed in both offense and defense toward winning silver and gold medals. On testing over a year ago, I attained 3.7 sec 30 yd, 7.1 60 yd, 85 mph IF velocity, 86 mph EV, < 2 seconds pop time, and 76 mph catcher throwing velocity. I'll just be turning 16 years old so Iâ??m still growing and will continue to get stronger. I know that my metrics will continue to improve.
I qualify for tuition assistance benefits for state colleges due to my father being qualified as disabled veteran, which would help pay part of the college cost. I also continue to work toward academic scholarship by maintaining a 3.7 GPA or above in engineering path
