Player Bio

At this moment in time, my collegiate goals and aspirations are centered around engineering. From the time I was little, I was an out of the box thinker who used that talent to create and build new things. This passion will drive my future towards a career path where I can use those talents in connection with the education I receive in college. I also hope to minor in history as this has been something that I am passionate about from the time I was in third grade. Sharing my love of history with others is something I want to continue to possess in my future.  I want the most I can get out of college and I will utilize my work ethic to make sure that comes true.  My passions in the classroom will drive my success both in and out of the classroom. I am a driven person who is always focused on doing my best and growing from my areas of weakness. Being open to honest criticism and taking it to drive me toward my end goal has always set me apart from others.

Honestly, my main aspiration is to find a place I will have the greatest opportunity to thrive and to shine in what I do best which has always been baseball. I believe my work ethic is one of my strongest attributes and I will never be outworked.  This will be a major benefit to the college program I become a member of.  If you would like some proof of my work ethic, any of my coaches that are listed will be able to explain that I am a hard worker and can benefit any program that gives me the opportunity to play for them.

Another good reason, I can benefit your program is my passion and knowledge for the game of baseball. I am improving during both season and off season. My focus is to know the game to the best of my ability and to be able to perform when the opportunity arises. Each time I step up to the plate I have a job to do, during the off season I run though scenarios to help myself grow so that I can help my team in any situation. As a catcher I have made sure that I know the game in and out so that I am able to truly lead my team on the field.  I really hope that it shows in what I have provided in my account. What I believe is that I feel like I can be an asset to your program both off the field in the classroom and behind the dish.

In addition to those statements, I can be a "5 tool guy". Even though catching is my specialty, I have spent time making sure I am able to play in any position my team needs me to be so that we can find success as a  program.  My main backup positions are outfield and the middle infield. All though those are my main backup positions I have experience in the corners and on the hill.

Last, my character is what sets me apart from others. I have a passion for helping others, working with children, and doing things for other people. I have helped many community members during  their time of need. I also have volunteered as an umpire for our Cal Ripken League so that I can share my knowledge and passion with the younger kids who are just starting their baseball journey. Watching them play their first game and the looks  on their faces is something that I will never forget. Giving back to my community in this way has been extremely rewarding.

I hope this finds you well and I look forward to  meeting you and the opportunities that await.
