Player Bio

Sawyer Scales is a Sophmore at St. Helens High School where he competes on the Varsity Football and Baseball teams. He has played baseball for several programs since he was 6 years old; including Knappa Little League, Scappoose Little League, Columbia County Baseball, St. Helens JBO, and, most recently, St. Helens High School. Key accomplishments as a Freshman include earning starting Varsity positions in both football and baseball, 'Athlete of the Season' for Football and receiving Cowapa League Honorable Mention honors in Baseball. During Sawyer's Sophomore baseball season he earned 'Athlete of the Season', Co-Player of the Season honors, Cowapa League First Team and 4A All-State Honorable Mention. This summer Sawyer is competing for the St. Helens Saints, Mound Time, and The League.
