Player Bio
Jacob Colyer attends Mercer Island High School and will graduate in 2025. During his freshman year (2022), he batted .242/.359/.333 in 39 plate appearances, and .288/.495/.424 in 97 plate appearances during summer ball. He improved in an injury-shortened 2023, he batted .321/.387/.357 in 33 plate appearances, earning the team's "Mr. Islander" award for embodying the team's collective efforts. Following return from injury, he is .364/.417/.424 in 36 plate appearances. In the classroom, he is enrolled in Honors Mathematics, Honors Sciences, and AP Social Studies and English.
