Player Bio
Colton Ashford is very driven and cares about his teammates. He missed his 14u season d/t a life threatening event, requiring emergency brain surgery. He was cleared by neurology several months prior to his Freshman high school baseball tryouts. He made the JV team and mid season was pulled up to varsity and eventually started at 2nd base and was 2nd in the Varsity batting line-up. May 2024 USA baseball - Washington State Combine Before this, in his 13u season, he helped his Little league win the Washington state Juniors championship pitching the entire game, 5 to 1. He feels blessed to be alive and plays this way.
