2026 Northwest Championships - Class of 2027-2031

I approve of my child's participation at all Baseball Northwest, Inc sponsored activities. I clearly represent to Baseball Northwest, Inc. that my child is in good health and physically capable of participating in any and all activities sponsored and associated with Baseball Northwest, Inc. I understand that Baseball Northwest, Inc., its staff members, associates, workers, and anyone associated with Baseball Northwest, Inc. is harmless and release them from any and all liability for injury as a result of my child's participation in any activity sponsored by Baseball Northwest, Inc. This release of liability by me is based upon the recognition that sport activity of any kind or nature clearly involves the risk of injury or hazards to the participants and spectators and I acknowledge that my child and I assume such risks when we participate in activities sponsored by Baseball Northwest, Inc.

If, however, I observe any unusual significant concern in my child's readiness for participation and/or in the program itself, I will remove my child from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD BASEBALL NORTHWEST, INC. AND ALL OTHERS WHO ARE INVOLVED HARMLESS and indemnify them from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney fees brought as a result of my child's involvement in a Prospect Camp and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.

Refunds will not be issued except in the case of significant injuries (injuries that prevent a player from competing in athletic competition).

Refunds will not be issued in the case of sore arms, tired bodies after weekend games, short rest from long nights of travel on the night before, or routine wear and tear from a season of competition. This is the name of the game in baseball, and battling through soreness, tiredness, and sleep deprivation won’t go away at the collegiate level (in fact, it only becomes more prevalent). Please see our transfer policy for more information on adjusting the date of your registration.

For significant injuries that prevent a participant from playing, there are two options: if it is a season-ending injury, we are happy to issue a full refund to the payment method used (minus the processing fees). If it is a minor injury that just requires some extra time to rest and heal, we are happy to transfer your registration to another event later in the summer (see our transfer policy for more information on this process).

Please note: we do not refund processing fees.

Each player is able to transfer the date of their event registration (if communicated at least one business day prior to the event taking place) to a separate date one time at no charge. After that complementary event transfer has taken place, any additional transfer(s) will cost $25 per transfer.

If a player misses a camp without giving us prior notice, we are not required to transfer his registration to a new date. A player/parent may reach out requesting us to transfer his registration to a new date within three days of the missed event, but any such request is contingent upon available spots in the new date requested, and the transfer will incur the additional $25 fee regardless of whether or not it is the first transfer requested.

Please note: due to high demand, some dates that are requested for a transfer may be unavailable if already full.

The parents and player agree to abide by all the above, and also agree to give Baseball Northwest, Inc. the right to talk to or release information to any or all college programs, Major League teams and scouts, and to put the player's profile and Sports Video Northwest video on the internet. No personal information (address, email, phone numbers) will be visible on the website. This information will only be given to college coaches, Major League scouts, and Sports Video Northwest.

The parents and players hereby grant Baseball Northwest, Inc., and its representatives, employees, and agents the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture the name, image, and likeness of the player during this event, as well as at other events associated with the company’s programs, promotions, or business activities (Examples of such events include, but are not limited to, the Northwest Championships, the Arizona Fall Classic, Baseball Northwest promotional photoshoots/videoshoots, and high school or summer-league baseball competitions). This media may be used, reproduced, and published for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes, including but not limited to the company’s website, email communications, and social media platforms. No compensation will be provided for the use of this media, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand, and all rights to the content will be held by Baseball Northwest, Inc.
