How are players chosen for the Academic Game?

Baseball Northwest staff consult with college coaches from high-academic universities in attendance at the NWC as to who they would like to see play in the Academic Game. Selection is based on GPA, test scores, and athletic ability. Please be sure your GPA and SAT/ACT scores are updated on your Baseball Northwest profile and accurately entered during registration.  You will be notified if you have been selected.

How are players chosen for the Pro-Scout Game?

Baseball Northwest staff consult with professional scouts in attendance at the NWC as to which players they are interested in seeing play in the Pro-Scout Game. You will be notified during the tournament if you have been selected.

What scouts and coaches will be in attendance?

An updated list of coaches and scouts who will be attending the Northwest Championships will be posted in late August. We recommend you reach out to college programs directly expressing interest and provide your game schedule for the weekend.
